Cheddar Bay Biscuits

You know those ahhhhh-mazing biscuits at Red Lobster that you want to eat even more than the meal that your ordered and paid for? Yeah… here is the DIY version. You’re welcome.

Mine weren’t quite as lightly and fluffy as I had hoped, but I am guessing that is because I used whole wheat flour. What else is new.

Indian Curry

… is a wonderful thing. Here are two of my favorite recipes for when you are lucky enough to have chickpeas on hand.

Both are tried, tested, and approved by my family. =]

M n’ M Cookies

Photo borrowed from Pinch of Yum

So much win. My sisters are away and so my bestfriend and I mailed them a box of cookies. We had to find something that was a little exciting, but would still survive the journey well. I think we made a good choice. =] We used half regular M&Ms and half baby M&Ms. I had meant to use dark M&Ms but the store was out of them. Sadness. Regardless, these were perfect. I can’t tell you how many I ate before mailing off the rest. Recipe can be found at Pinch of Yum. Enjoy!

Blueberry Muffins

Since summer is wrapping up, I was in the mood for some summer food before the warm days are over. My fridge was well-stocked with greek yogurt, so muffins it was!

We had these for breakfast and they are soo tasty! I hope I can snag another one for work tomorrow before they are all finished!

We didn’t have any eggs, so I used a mashed banana instead. Everything was delicious.
