A little while back, my best friend and I made this amazing Gingerbread Pound Cake.

We changed up the recipe a bit, with equally wonderful results I think. Instead of pre-baking the gingerbread, we just layered the two mixes and baked them together. Sure, it isn’t as pretty, but it was a lot more practical and fun! So much delicious in one place!
