Trying new recipes is always fun and this recipe, adorably called “Save the Bananas! Quick Banana Bread,” is no exception. Due to the high supply of bananas on our fruit economy, I decided baking banana bread was a necessity to even out the demand side of the economy.
My whole family loved the recipe and I particularly enjoyed the yogurt which made the bread light and fluffy. Overall, it was a tiny bit sweet, but I think we managed okay at eating it all.
