A Dinner To Remember

Last week, my sister came home after being away for a week at a conference. She was sweet enough to let me make her dinner. (:

On the menu:

  • Cheddar omelet with home-grown peppers and basil
  • Herbed new potatoes
  • Home-grown lettuce salad with baby carrots, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and pecans.

It was a happy day.
