This weekend, I made Tomato Garden Pasta, which, as you can probably tell from the abundance of colors and textures, was a lot of fun! I made mine without green beans and instead put in broccoli. It made the perfect picnic dinner for the outdoor play my family and I went to see on Saturday. Yay summer!
I would highly recommend this recipe. It is full of bow tie pasta (<3) and healthy veggies and is seasoned with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil. Let me know if you give it a try!
