After making the Thumbprint Cookies, I had three egg whites left over. So, I looked up some recipes that would use my egg whites and maybe some chocolate. The results of my research were this: Chocolate Macaroon Cookies!
Of course, after I decided upon this recipe, I realized that I had never made macaroons before. Apparently, that didn’t stop me and I had a lot of fun trying something new. The recipe is really easy and I highly recommend it as something with a high “wow” and “yay” factor.
