Tomato Basil Pizza

Okay, so this looks wonderful. It’s not dessert, but still seems completely amazing. What’s not to love about a thin crust, tomatoes, basil, and big chucks of mozzarella cheese? The new food buzzword is “artisan” and I think this pizza definitely fits in the category. Its cute and artistic, somewhat healthy, and above all: homemade.

I really want to make pizza now… I guess my family will have to “put up” with all of my cooking ideas over Christmas break. I hope they don’t mind. ; )
