If you have never eaten monkey bread, you are severely missing out. I don’t even know how to describe it… a heavenly, sweet, light croissant? Not quite. I’ve only had it twice (which is probably a good thing, because both times I don’t even want to tell you how much I consumed…) At any rate, it is wonderful.
I always assumed that it would be way too difficult for me to make at home. However, this recipe looks fairly simple. I just have to convince my mom to allow me to bake these in her health-nutty kitchen.
